I’m trying to pay a Russian hosting provider, but PP doesn’t allow me to send money to them. I’ve tried paying via their website and to their e-mail directly, but I’ve had no luck. It has been like this for months, does anyone know what’s the problem? Both of our PayPals are verified. I can pay at another websites and send money to other people without any problems, it’s just this specific PayPal account that doesn’t want to accept my money.
