Can i play FALLOUT 4 on i3 processor? #JHedzWorlD

You’d need a GPU to get stable framerates – using an Intel HD Graphics integrated graphics processor isn’t a good idea, especially for gaming. You can pick up some good cheap ones (like the 960) in the $100-150 range (£100-120) which would boost your framerates multiple times over – and allow you to use higher settings – meaning you’ll get a smooth, consistent framerate when you’re playing Fallout 4. It’s quite a CPU-intensive game to be honest (lots of physics/ai calculations) but if you’re using your CPU as a CPU and a GPU it can be quite taxing, causing your system to overheat and possibly fail. I recommend purchasing a cheap, budget graphics card if you’re using a desktop PC, or if you’re using a laptop I recommend going into your BIOS and tuning things – such as the clock speed and ram usage of the Intel graphics – to get a smooth experience, but you’ll probably get under 30fps.

EDIT: Judging from the processor model and PC model number, you’re using a laptop/netbook. Good luck with getting Fallout to run over 20-30 fps – you’re going to have a hard time. The laptop you have was clearly intended for simple tasks such as word processing and maybe a bit of solitaire but not hardcore gaming. I bet even BO2 would struggle on your machine and I highly recommend you either purchase a new laptop (if it’s 2-3 years old) or tweak some settings & run a game booster.
