OIL companies on New Year’s Day announced a big time price rollback on cooking gas as oil price changes in the world market.
Petron Corporation at 12:01 a.m on Friday implemented a price rollback on its liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) Gasul and Fiesta Gas by P4.85 per kilogram.
In an advisory, the oil company said the total reduction for an 11-kg tank is P53.35.
Petron also decreased its price on auto LPG, XTEND AUTOLPG by P2.70 per kilogram.
Petron said the rollback reflects movements in the international contract prices of LPG for the month of January.
Eastern Petroleum, on the otherhand, will also implement P4.85 rollback on Eastern EC Gas LPG effective on Saturday, January 2 at 6 am.
Solane will also slash P4.85 per kilogram, also effective at 6 a.m. on Saturday. (Sunnex)
