A Scottish MP is to be investigated by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards.
Phil Boswell represents the Coatbridge, Chryston and Bellshill constituency for the SNP.
The investigation is into claims he breached parliamentary rules over the declaration of company directorships.
The SNP said he had done nothing wrong, but the commissioner – Kathryn Hudson – has deemed that there is suitable evidence for an inquiry.
